The United States-Timor-Leste Scholarship Program (USTL) is proud to congratulate its newest graduates of the USTL Program: Eunique da Graca de Vasconselos (College of Southern Idaho), Alfredo Vandeling Mau (Southeast Missouri State University), and Maria Angelina Guterres (Fox Valley Technical College). They have each completed two to four years of undergraduate study at their respective host institutions, completing degrees in Economics, Public Health, and Business Administration.
During their time on the program, Eunique, Maria, and Alfredo completed coursework in their area of study, engaged in campus clubs and events, completed community services projects, networked with professionals in their area of study, prepared presentations on Timorese culture for their local community, and made many friends who will miss them when they return home. We know that they leave an impact on their campus community and all that they met during their time in the U.S.
Congratulations, graduates, on completing the USTL Program! We look forward watching you continue to grow as you take the next step towards your careers.
